Open Postdoc, PhD, and MS Positions: AI for Wearable Biomechanics

Fully funded Postdoc, PhD, and Master of Science (MS) positions are available in the Wearable Systems Lab at Shanghai Jiao Tong University for developing and implementing artificial intelligence algorithms and novel sensors and haptic feedback devices in wearable systems to assess and improve human movement.

Qualifications:
Candidates with experience and interest in machine learning and/or model-based algorithm development and/or wearable sensor/haptic design with backgrounds in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, biomedical engineering, or computer science are encouraged to apply. Successful applicants will have substantial input into their specific research project. Research objectives and deliverables will be tailored to match the applicant’s skills and support his or her future career goals. Applicants interested in pursuing faculty positions or entrepreneurial/industry careers are equally welcome. The successful applicant will receive a research stipend, monthly housing subsidy, and medical insurance.
